Claire is a fully qualified, insured Integrated Bodywork Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Dorset, offering a truly bespoke approach to holistic health and wellbeing. With an MSc in Psychology and a background in the complimentary healthcare sector, she brings both academic depth and extensive practical experience to her work — supporting clients from an integrated body–mind perspective.

Claire is a full member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA), the leading professional association representing sports, spa and complementary therapists across the UK and Ireland. She is also a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), reflecting her commitment to professional standards and ongoing professional development.

With over 16 years’ experience in the holistic health sector, Claire has developed particular expertise in massage and bodywork, specialising in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and post cosmetic care. She spent four years as Lead Massage Therapist within a chiropractic-led wellness clinic, where she worked closely alongside other healthcare professionals to support clients with a wide range of needs including post-surgery care.

Her approach is deeply personalised. Claire takes the time to listen carefully, understand your goals, and recommend the most appropriate collaborative treatment — or course of treatments — tailored specifically to you. Whether it is post operative MLD bodywork, a wellbeing MLD treatment or a blending of both evidence-based hypnosis and bespoke bodywork practices to holistically guide clients in developing a new relationship with themselves.

Qualifications & Professional Development

I hold an MSc in Psychology, alongside a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (Dip. Hyp.), and a Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD). My training also includes an NLP Practitioner Diploma and a level 2 qualification in EFT Emotional Freedom Technique.

In the field of bodywork and holistic therapies, I am qualified in a wide range of specialist modalities, including a VTCT Certificate in Swedish Massage, Dry Needling Level 5, and Practitioner Diplomas in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique), Wood Maderotherapy and Brazilian Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Dry Cupping, Abdominal Detox Massage, and Pregnancy Massage.

Further specialist training includes Reiki Level 2, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Facial Diploma, Skin Anatomy for Therapists, and Advanced Anatomy and Physiology training.
